From the March Vegan Cuts Beauty Box
These can be used as a cleanser, exfoliator or mask. Although it’s hard to tell from the picture, those are very tiny beads. I don’t like to use exfoliators with little scrubbies like that, so I tested it as a mask instead. You can mix it with water or moringa oil to make a mask. I have no idea what moringa oil is, so I mixed it with water.
Kaia hypes the mask will “leave skin soft and hydrated”. Most exfoliators will leave the skin soft, or otherwise they’re kind of pointless. Hydration is a mixed bag. Some do it really well and others are really drying. This is one of the most hydrating exfoliation masks I’ve tried. This tiny sample size pictured above has lasted nearly 2 months and is still at least 1/4 full even though I’ve been using it weekly. The full size is expensive, but has a short, natural ingredient list and does a great job!
A note about the brand: Kaia Naturals is cruelty free and their vegan products are clearly marked on the website.
